Danny co-founded BoldLeads alongside his mother, a real estate agent whose years of experience played a vital role in identifying the most efficient manner in which to design the system that has since become an essential tool for real estate agents across the country. Since Danny created BoldLeads, the company has expanded at an exponential rate and has generated an impressive number useful leads thus far.
Danny’s early-career success in co-founding BoldLeads recently earned him recognition as one of the “Top 35 Entrepreneurs Under 35,” a testament to Danny’s insight and expertise in developing such a valuable and necessary service. What was your best/favorite subject in school?
I didn’t have a favorite subject per say, but I was a design editor for my high school newspaper, which was a blast.
What was your first job?
I started working at a local design firm as an intern when I was 15. I was also giving trumpet lessons on the side for extra money.
Where and how did you first get into the industry you currently work in?
My Mom introduced me to the wonderful world of real estate when I was in college.
How have those jobs prepared you for what you do now?
They taught me how to learn quickly, create systems and hone my design skills.
Describe the best day of work you’ve ever had.
Any day that I can check a few things off of my to-do list are good days!
How do you keep yourself motivated?
Staying organized, staying in shape and staying focused.
What kind of business ideas excite you most?
Ideas that fill a critical need are the ones that excite me most, especially when those ideas provide a solution to an issue that many though could not be solved.
