Interview Regrets

I have been on my share of job interviews and one thing was common with all of them.  That is when they were over I regret not saying something.  I walk away thinking I should have mentioned this or said that and it drives me nuts.  Later in my working life I got the opportunity to interview potential employees and always allowed them the time to get it all said.  I would get through the basic qualifier questions then open it up to  general discussion.  I found that the general discussion led to a real incite into the employees real potential.  Tim DeCapua is a job interview expert and always gets his man or woman.
