Marty Stallone

Over a period of time spanning three decades and marked by increasingly impressive professional achievements, Marty Stallone has pioneered an innovative approach to the management of corporate functions, finance, risk management, cash-flow analytics through his position as executive vice president of land development for MDG (Metropolitan Development Group). With an Ivy League education and several decades of relevant industry experience, Stallone is an integral part of a land development company poised for continued success and sustained growth for many years to come.

Upon graduating from Cornell University and earning recognition as a National Merit Scholar, Stallone began his professional career in the finance industry with Hamilton Consulting and Meridian Capital Markets. Stallone served as founding partner and president for Hamilton Consulting, a financial services firm based out of Pennsylvania. Stallone previous professional experience also includes the role of vice president with Meridian Capital Markets’ Corporate and Municipal Finance Department.

The early career positions held by Stallone offered vital experience in the structuring of capital finance transactions and provided valuable insight into common issues faced by corporate, government, and non-profit entities. It was during this time that Stallone further honed his analytical approach to finance and strategic business development, building upon the economic principles and philosophies he first developed while attending Cornell University in Ithaca, New York.

Partly inspired by the founding motto of his alma mater — “I would found an institution where any person can find instruction in any study” — Stallone has worked diligently to make MDG a versatile and broad-based land development company. In keeping with this effort, Stallone has developed a number specific strategies drawing on his vast professional experience in the public markets. Stallone, who works out of MDG’s principal offices in Eastern Pennsylvania, has overseen the land development company’s corporate functions and has made substantial contributions to enhancing the company’s already stellar reputation within the industry.
